Q) What is the WeatherTAP Studio?

A) The WeatherTAP studio is a program which is downloaded and installed on your PC like any regular application. Once installed, it can be executed and used to access weatherTAP graphics and text products.

Q) How much does it cost?

A) WeatherTAP studio is free. You must have a valid WeatherTAP account, however, to use WeatherTAP Studio.

Q) What platforms are supported

A) WeatherTAP Studio will run on any Windows 98/ME/NT4/2000/XP equipped PC. Currently no other platforms are supported.

A) You can download WeatherTAP Studio here.

Q) What features are included ?

A) Currently the feature set includes the ability to display virtually any weatherTAP graphic. Once displayed, the graphics may be panned or zoomed in a variety of ways. Favorites can be set and images can be automatically updated. Local text conditions and forecasts are also available. Future versions will offer more support for local imagery, similiar to the RadarLab functionality available on weatherTAP today. Additional map backgrounds may also be offered in the future.

A) Since WeatherTAP Studio is free, support is provided only via email. Email any support issues to desktopsupport@weathertap.com. Note that use of weatherTAP studio is largely intuitive and a detailed help package is included with the application.
