Description:
This product is a combination of two plots, a color contour indicating wind speed (in knots), and a stream line plot indicating wind direction.

Depiction:
Colored contours indicate the wind speed at 300mb pressure altitude. A legend is provided in the lower right-hand corner of the image to associate colors with numerical speeds. Streamlines indicate the direction of the wind flow.
