Monitor Mode in RadarLab GIS
RadarLabGIS offers a special feature intended to be used for simple monitoring of the current weather situation. This mode is useful for times when you need to view and monitor weather, but do not need to use any of the interactive analysis features of RadarLabGIS.

Call centers, for example, may elect to keep this mode visible on the screen when RadarLabGIS isn’t in active use so that the current weather situation can be quickly ascertained.

Monitor mode can be activated by clicking the "Monitor" button in the image controls section of the main window. This will cause the main window to disappear and the radar image will fill the entire monitor screen. When monitor mode is activated, the auto-reload feature is automatically initiated, even if the AutoReload checkbox isn’t checked. This ensures that the display is always current. You can exit monitor mode by clicking a mouse button or pressing a key on the keyboard. Please note that monitor mode can also be used with animations. To produce an animated screen, start the animation while in regular mode, then press the Monitor Mode button while the animation is in play.
